ROOM CAPACITIES

1How many guests does my suite sleep?
Occupancy for Deluxe Queen Suites and Deluxe King Suites is 2 adults and 2 children.
Occupancy for Deluxe Lofts, Corner Lofts and Signature Lofts is 4 adults and 2 children.
2Is there a charge for extra guests?
Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For extra stay guests, $20 CAD per additional adult per night will apply.
3Do children stay for free?
Yes, children up to the age of 12 stay for free (accompanied by an adult).

RESERVATIONS, PAYMENT AND CANCELLATIONS

1What payment methods does U Plus accept?
We accept: American Express, JCB International, Mastercard, Visa, Union Pay. Full payment is required in advance for non-refundable bookings. We will charge your credit card for the full amount at time of booking.
2How can I book if I don’t have a credit card?
Credit card information is required to guarantee your booking. Please contact us directly if you haver further questions.
3What is your cancellation policy?
Please see the detailed cancellation policy on the confirmation letter

ABOUT YOUR STAY

1Is there parking available?
On-site parking is available at our residence for a rate of $10 per night. Parking requires advance reservation.
2What time is check in and check out?
Our standard check-in time is between 3 PM and 10 PM. If you require after-hour check-in, please contact us in advance to make the necessary arrangements. Check-out time is at 11 AM.
3Do you offer flexible check in / check out times?
Definitely! You can enjoy your room from 1 PM to 3 PM (prior to our standard check-in time) for a one-time surcharge of $35 CAD. Check-out time may be extended for a one-time surcharge of $60 CAD, subject to room availability. Please let us prior to your arrival / departure and we will organize this for you.
4Does U Plus offer complimentary internet service?
We provide complimentary high-speed internet and Wi-Fi in all suites and lofts.
5How often are the suites serviced?
We provide basic cleaning services on a daily basis, which includes linen change, room check, and room cleaning. Extra room cleaning / housekeeping is available on request for a surcharge.
6Is laundry and dry-cleaning service available?
All of our suites and lofts come with a weather and dryer. Laundry and dry-cleaning requests can be arranged with our Guest Service team.
7Are safes available?
No.
8Are pets allowed to stay at the residence?
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of certified assistance animals.
9Is smoking permitted?
Smoking (including electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in the bedrooms or public areas of our residence. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking areas.

ROOFTOP MEETING ROOM

1How do I reserve the rooftop meeting room?
Please contact us directly at 1-519-893-9655 to book our rooftop loft for your meetings or events. We ask that reservations are made as early as possible.
2Is there a cost to book the rooftop meeting room?
Yes, please contact our on-site concierge team for more details
3Do you offer catering services for my meetings / events?
Yes – catering services are available. Please contact us directly at 1-519-893-9655 to learn more about the catering options available.
4Can I use the rooftop meeting space to have a party?
We welcome all guests to host their meetings and special events in our rooftop loft. Unfortunately, to ensure the quality of the stay for all guests, parties are not permitted.
